These terms cover this website and the digital packs we sell. They're written in plain English and don't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Buying a pack

Packs are sold through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment and VAT. Gumroad's terms also apply at checkout. Prices are shown in pounds sterling.

Digital content and refunds

Packs are instant downloads. By downloading straight away you agree that your 14-day right to cancel ends once the download starts, as the Consumer Contracts Regulations allow for digital content. If a file is faulty or isn't as described, contact us and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you, as the Consumer Rights Act 2015 requires.

What you can do with a pack

• Use the prompts, hooks, scripts and templates to make content for yourself or your clients, including commercially.
• Don't resell, share, give away or republish the pack itself, in full or in part.
• Your use of AI tools is subject to each tool's own terms.

No promises about results

AI tools change often and results vary. We sell tested starting points, not guarantees. We don't promise views, followers or income.

AI-made content

Some of our content is made with AI, and we label it. Please label AI-generated video where platforms or the law require it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited. Otherwise, our liability for any pack is limited to what you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
